About Premium House Plan

Premium House Plan is a small design studio publishing ready-to-build architectural and DIY plans. Our collection currently includes 69 plans across house plans, villa plans, cabin plans, shed plans, firewood shed plans, chicken coop plans, woodworking plans.

How we draw

Our house plans are drawn as working CAD models at real size (1:1) in centimetres, and most of them include the DWG/DXF files so measurements are exact. Every plan comes as a clear PDF set; DIY plans (sheds, coops, pergolas, greenhouses, woodworking) add cut lists and shopping lists with measurements in inches and cm. Each plan page lists exactly which files you get.
